Guys I've been diagnosed with Persistent Depressive Disorder.
I'm not worse or better but I'm OK.
The days get shorter in the school day but I'm ok.
Going through a horrible breakup so more negative thoughts come into play but I fight on.
I have friends who are there for me when it's needed and I'm blessed for them with the most appreciation for them. Sometimes It makes a difference in a person just by the people who are in your life. Yes, I cry but crying makes a huge change by letting out that pain. So I just wanted to give you guys an update since my last post about having depression.
